Made with high quality bonded clay graphite and premium grade raw materials, these crucibles are designed to handle temperatures up to 2900°F, and therefore, can handle the harsh direct heat from open flame foundries and high frequency induction furnaces. Considered to be cleaner than our standard foundry crucibles, they can be used to melt both precious metals and ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
